Dear Mr Mettler,
I knew Victoria only as Trilly, I'd communicated with her online for the last four years, and
it was with a great sense of sorrow that I learned of her death. At first I refused to believe
the news, felling it was some kind of bad joke. I am sure it's a feeling you had yourself.
I found your daughter to be a warmhearted thoughtful person who always had time for others.
If only we'd been able to give her time back, if only we'd known what to say or how to help.
We all miss her terribly , but you and your family must feel bereft at the moment. Please
accept my heartfelt sorrow and condolonces at this time.
