Captain Callway court martialed for village melee massacre

by baby, baby, light my way....

I don't know how you can COURT MARTIAL a captain in the US Army for a village melee massacre in North Viet Nam, or anywhere else for that matter. I don't care if the captain surrounded every village in the country, and massacred everyone. That was his job, to kill, and not be killed. Ty Cobb at his best! At the same time President Nixon had ordered hundreds of B52s to drop thousands of bombs on North Viet Nam villages. Never giving the people a chance to surrender, or fight back, or run, or a chance to survive the attacks. So how do you "court martial" a man for doing his job anyway he can? How do you court martial unborn babies? Why didn't smokers have rights to be heard in court before 1995? Ain't the word "Court Martial" to the point.

Ask your neighbor who makes the laws, and defines them. You'll get the biggest messed up run around you ever heard in your life.
