Subject: Trojan Virus Clusters on thealexandriagroup.com Internet Web Page
I am informed that Sonja Lee has shut down the Cousin’s forum and has filed a complaint against me and thealexandriagroup.com web site for making a virus available on the Internet. This letter is to explain and document exactly what has taken place and to provide an understanding of what a number of people know has been taking place for a long time. Ann’s activities and the activities of Derick Ratcliff (Mellon) have been mirrored for a long period of time by a select few in Ann’s closest circle. They have used intimidation, and badgering as a control mechanism while has been Mellon hacking into the computers of those who legitimately question her. This to prevail in keeping Ann’s position secure and questions unanswered and an accounting of the money she’s raised unanswered. First I will explain what has transpired during the last twenty four hours for those who have contacted me personally and to answer up front the charges that Sonja has made to the FBI with complaint on their web site which she posted. This morning I will be making this letter and other documentation in my possession available to the Assistant United States Attorney, Criminal Division in Bolingreen Kentucky as an addendum to the complaint that was filed with them last week when we uncovered the hacking incidents that had transpired on my computer. The events of the incident which lead to a number of people stumbling innocently into our own security operations area are as follows:
Last week I was presented with a set of events that lead me to believe that my computer system had been maliciously hacked into for the purpose of determining who I had been in contact with on issues related Ann Helmon’s activities in the legal process on the Meadors Estate, her funding through family donations, and her refusal to answer responsibly to questions from various Family members on those issues. I immediately was contacted by various individuals who were being contacted by Ann Helmon through email making statements about upcoming disclosures on her part that would address issues. Her statements in her emails were based on information contained only in private conversations and emails between myself and those individuals who she was then contacting
In discussions with the webmaster for our Internet web site and other computer security people who I have access to indicated and examination of my computer subsequently proved that a Trojan had been introduced into my computer which acted as a “mini-server” allowing the individual who placed it there to retrieve and have available to him private information from my computer at will. This information was then passed to Ann Helmon placing her in the favorable position of addressing those who I had been in contact with and making it appear that she knew what was being discussed. Although she got some of her details wrong she was doing this for the purpose of attempting to delay contemplated legal action requiring a full audit of the funding she had been receiving from the family and exposure of misapplication and potential commingling of those funds with her private finances. It was also determined that a number of other computers had probably been attacked and were being monitored in the same fashion, thus creating the capability to “Spy” on Family members who were at odds with Ann’s practices and asking potentially embarrassing and damaging questions.
A security plan was discussed and implemented whereby while our web site under construction a trap would be set and the individual who had been placing these Trojans would be lured to that site and be neutralized by his exposure. That operation was undertaken and the activities required that contact be made with him over the internet in a location he was known to frequent, the Cousin’s Forum Chat Room”. This was done and the individual responded to a conversation. His typically abusive and arrogant nature would not let him stay away from the trap that had been set for him and our security people and our web master watched as he took the bait went to the trap and attempted to open files we had placed there. In opening his files he was greeted with a minor Trojan which is a readily available commercial program which is described fully in the memorandum our Web Master has prepared on the events of the operation. It has been determined how my computer was penetrated and to what extent tiles were acquired from my machine.
At that time this individual Derick Ratcliff (Mellon) determined to try to roll or attempts back over on us and made a copy of a section of the Chat Room conversation and altered it. He then posted that section of the Chat conversation on the “Cousin’s Family Forum” under his name and made this altered information available for other participants in the forum knowing that they would go straight to that site as he had and click on the files to gain access to the documents which had been placed there. He did this knowing full well that the only reference to the web site had been made in company name only (he added the specific site address) to make sure family members got there. This was a malicious act on the part of Derick Ratcliff for the purpose of using the family to create more turmoil and conflict as Ann had determined his best purpose to be in the past.
I will point out at this time that this site being under construction had never been made public as to it’s address, and no member of the Family had been specifically invited to it for any reason other than those of us actively involved in it’s construction and editing. What had been place there only became available to those who have been affected by Derick Ratcliff posting an altered text of the chat room conversation on the Cousin’s Forum. And in doing this he created the problems that some have had maliciously making sure that others were place in jeopardy to suit his needs.
Right now as I am typing this letter I will assure you that there are more places than I can count available on the Internet where Trojans are available from web sites and can be down loaded for what ever purpose anyone may decide to make of them. This is a completely legal practice because the general premise is anyone downloading this information knows how to handle it, what it’s purpose is, and what they intend to do with it. In no way were we attempting to indiscriminately affect the computers of any number of innocent people. Had Derick Ratcliff not maliciously altered the chat room conversation text and posted it to the Cousin’s Forum non of those affected would have even known of the existence of that trap to expose him. This was his attempt to do as he is generally want to do and spread his maliciousness at will affecting as many people as possible. Ann Helmon has used his sociopathic personality for her own purpose in the past against those who have disagreed with her or posed a potential threat to uncovering her less than adequate attention to her fiduciary responsibilities. This is where it ends, Neither myself, the Alexandria group notr any one associated will ride the heat behind the actions of Derick Ratcliff, Ann Helmon or any of those who have been so verbal and malicious in their need to support Ann.
On one hand I will apologize up front to the Family at large for what my seem to be a cold and calculated act on our part (mine and our security people) for creating a set of files that created the inconvenience they have suffered. To those of you who may have been affected by the files place on the Document Access area of our web page I will tell you that I will explain further for not only your benefit but that of others as well what and why it transpired. If nothing else I would encourage all of you to make sure of what you are reading when you read and read it completely and carefully because there is a personal responsibility here that cannot be ignored.
That particular page was set up for the purpose of establishing a “Cyber Tarbaby” to deal with a security problem which has existed for period of time and which neither Ann Helmon, Sonja Lee or anyone else who claims to be so concerned with truth, integrity or honesty wanted to deal with in a responsible manner. I will explain in full what has been transpiring over the last several weeks and as I can trace events over some period of time. Fortunately we have the text of the Chat room conversation between Neutral1 and Mellon posted by Mellon in a word file and a complete unaltered transcript is being acquired from Network 54 by our Web Master. Those files are retained on their servers for a period of weeks for security purposes.
First from my own perspective I was continually harassed Derick Ratcliff AKA “Mellon” on a number of occasions by his foul language and incessant harangues against me personally. What ever I may be in the eyes of anyone his kind of abuse is not acceptable and I will not tolerate it on any basis. “Mellon” had on several instances decided that he would IM me using the commercial version of Instant messenger which I accepted. I accepted his presence for the purpose of seeing just exactly what his intent or goal might be in contacting me. Without exception each exchange between us were his incessant ranting, the foul language for which he is well known, and attempts to intimidate me with what he wanted me to believe he knows about my private and personal life. This being his normal behavior patterns I had to start looking for another reason to be there. And that is what I found last week in his foul patter.
The net result of his visits to me this last week became his discussion of a series of communications that would not have been common knowledge to the outside world. These discussions (between his foul rantings) were with regard to conversations that had been held individuals who I have had telephonic and email communications with during the several days prior to his last visit on Thursday May 4, 2001. In the last instance he started goading me with things he supposedly knew about who I had been talking to and the subjects of those conversations and in several instance as he talked he divulged more of what he knew. It was very interesting that the more I ignored him the more he felt he needed to make sure I believed he knew what he was talking about. I still have the text copies of these IM events as they happened on three separate days from the 28th of April through 4th of May and the are a part of a permanent secure file.
The net result was that within an hour after his last IM visit to me (he signed on at 11:20 Thursday morning and again at 1:20 Thursday) afternoon I started getting emails from one of the individuals who I had previously been in communication with. They explained to me and forwarded email they had received from Ann Helmon within an hour of Mellon disconnecting from the IM connection between he and I. Mrs. Helmon was very explicit in the information, which she wanted to discuss information that could have only come from telephone and email communication to which no one had been previously knowledgeable. In discussion between this individual and I it was determined that someone had gained access to the computer files of one or more of us who had previously communicated and that information was being passed to Ann Helmon and she was making inquiries. The ridiculous nature of this event seemed to defy the imagination, except in the context of previous activities and events, which were brought to my attention over the period of that afternoon and the next day.
From the conversations that I had with several people who had experience some of the same types of experiences we (these individuals, my security advisors and myself) were able to piece together an ongoing pattern of activities that have been prevalent for some time. These activities and events as they have been presented to me and from sources who are and have been the subject of arbitrary intimidation on the part of Ann Helmon through her use of and the complicity of Derick Ratcliff (Mellon). I will state here what I have been able to put together from the statements of others that have been affected by this activity in concise form:
For more than a year attempts have been made to get Ann Helmon to answer questions responsibly and reasonably about what is actually transpiring in her pursuit of the legal process of resolving the Meadows Estate. For some what the same period of time there are those who have made considerable sums of money available and in the best interests of those who have made available lesser amounts asked for a full accounting of the funds which have been donated and requested under various guises solicited from the Family by Ann Helmon. In each instance Ann Has misrepresented exactly what has been transpiring (as demonstrated by the posting by Mike Johnston) and further refused to make herself available to answer any questions from other than a few “faithful” followers as would be required by her legally defined fiduciary responsibilities.
For some time now Ann Helmon has indiscriminately used Derick Ratcliff (Mellon) and encouraged others who just happen to fit the required profile to badger, belittle and intimidate anyone who appeared to question her with regard to the variations of her statements of the legal events that were being pursued on behalf of the POA’s, the use of the funds that she had been raising, or the need to have answered any questions that they might have as to any activities legal or monetary in relation to Ann’s Quest.
In several instances Derick Ratcliff (Mellon) was encouraged to make his way into these individuals presence on their computers and/or through chat rooms for the purpose of conducting a campaign of hacking for private information and intimidation. The information he would then turn over to Ann Helmon for her to use in quashing anyone who might question the validity of her activities. And Derick Ratcliff (Mellon) would also undertake to conduct a verbal campaign of abuse and intimidation by harassment, this done mostly but not exclusively against women. Each of these individuals in their own turn decided to back away from any activity that would under reasonable and normal circumstances result in Ann Helmon accepting legitimate responsibility for her fiduciary position in having raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from Family Members and not feeling any responsibility for explaining it’s use. In numerous instances she perpetrated various smoke screens to raise more money including the use and abuse of the POA forms where she would either delete those who could not or would not pay for an initial POA or an update. Those not complying were then summarily dismissed from the POA roles, subjected to maliciousness by a small group around her and told they would not share in any settlement, since they weren’t represented. This is maliciously false in that if there is a settlement and anyone who is determined to be an heir would not be capable of being dismissed from their heritage by this act on Ann’s part.
The private and confidential conversations which I had been having had been with people who were genuinely concerned about some of these activities and had come forward to discuss their experiences with me. In at least one instance Ann’s concerns over a proposed audit which she could in no manner allow to go forward became the obsession that has brought about the current state of affairs. At least two individuals have become very concerned for their own well being after having been intimidated by inference through her emails to themselves and others. Ann implied through the use of the information gained from my computer files of personal notes and emails that she knew that they had been having conversations and discussing her misappropriations of funds and attempted to make it known that she knew of their conversations very pointedly mentioning information that was private and confidential.
T this point the resolution of these matters will be turned over to the AUSA in Bolingreen this morning. I am making a full disclosure of these matters including the backup documentation in our possession not only to the AUSA but also to Mike Johnston and Gary Meaders of Calgary Alberta Canada. I will be requesting that the AUSA make an inquiry with the full details of this matter into the filing of the complaint which Sonja made yesterday evening to the FBI. It has been obvious for a very long time that while Sonja would make various individuals persona-non-grata on the Cousin’s Forum that she was doing this in a manner of selective ethics while allowing others such as Derick Ratcliff the ability to use intimidation and foul language, typically in talking to women who might question Ann, that would embarrass the Sixth Fleet. This is where it ends friends, I will not be intimidated by these types of activities nor will I knowingly allow the misrepresentations that have been put upon other concerned members of the family and my organization to go unanswered.
