The only part I've heard of failing is the link 'G' in the drawing and photo. That's the only failure I can 'see' where the trigger goes limp where the sear still holds the hammer back. Nor have I heard anyone from Crosman say it's a QC issue (not that that isn't possible of coures).

Which other parts are failing? Who says it's a QC problem?

For sure a failure that leads to an AD is a liability issue, but thus far nobody has reported this, every case I've read of is a failure to fire. Do you know otherwise? And no, I haven't been living in a cave......
