| To keep this as confusing as possible the CI rating is the real volume of the tank (like it was full of water), the AH program is looking for the volume of air in the system. You need to multiply the CI number by the pressure (in bar) before converting. In round numbers you have 200 bar (sometimes called 'atmospheres') of pressure, so you really have about 7.75 CF of air to input the the AH program (as you suspected).
Not a lot, but at least a useful amount.
