I have had good luck with my .177 M-rod and am considering the .22 next.
Mine seems to like the CPHD-box, Benji D HP, Baracuda Match, Polymags, and AA Diablo Field.
The Baracuda's are 4.50, and the AA's are 4.52, I don't know the others.
Maybe I got Lucky.
I am very careful about the way I handle the Polymags, and don't use the clip.
The skirts are very soft.
Some people have told me it doesn't make a difference, but the clip uses each pellet as a stop, when you pull the bolt back. Thin and soft skirts can be damaged.
For hunting and plinking, I use the clip, but when I am target shooting and testing pellets, I use the SS tray.
If it was me, I wouldn't use that tall bipod for testing pellets. I would use a front and rear shooting bag right on the picnic table.
