Disco repeating breech Pics

After success with the Quickshot breech line for the QB I have started on the the Disco due to
popular demand. I have a few of these breeches made. Like the QB version, it uses the Mrod clips. It indexes flawlessly except the bolt handle is too close to the clip. By the time most of you see this the revised version will be complete with a rear mounted bolt handle. They will be shipping shortly in 22 cal. The .25 and 177 version shortly after that. This Quickshot version uses the Disco barrel. It is machined to fit the breech along with an internal oring groove for the bolt seal. We will offer barrel machining Just send the barrel.

Some design notes ... The wimpy front breech screw has been eliminated for the Discovery version.
A band secures the breech front to the gas tube. You need to notch the stock below the band. No other mods to the rifle are required. I left in the front screw hole for the 2240 long steel breech. Also as shipped, the transfer port is ported to the breech not directly to the barrel. This allows for removal of the barrel without having to remove the breech. If you want to port to the barrel directly just drill it thru. The riser floats the barrel nicely but an optional barrel band is also available for, barrel only, 7/8" or 1" shrouds. The shroud shown is 1" diameter. The Disco Quickshot is made from anodized aluminum as are the other Quickshot breeches
