Gregory... too many variables. How fast do you want the pellets to go? What is the weight of the pellets? What is the acceptable standard deviation in velocity? It's unlikely anybody will be able to give you a definitive answer... On my unregulated .22 Marauder, I can get about 40 acceptable (to me) shots of 14.3 g CPs at 825 fps.
