Your going to want to try a .096 T/P size, I was after the same tune that your chasing, check out this string that got flatter with a 1/4 turn in on the stoke. I used a 3/32 bit which is .094, but after drilling the port will end up slightly larger.

2800 fill, 3+1/2 turns HS, 1/4 stroke, .096 TP 14.3 JSB 5.52s

1) 665.4  702.2  701.2

2) 672.4  699.5  697.7

3) 676.7  707.0  691.3

4) 687.5  701.7  690.0

5) 693.5  710.0  681.6

6) 695.7  706.2  676.2

7) 698.4  704.5  669.8
