I am in the process of converting my P-rod into a .177, and I am going to have Jim Gaska turn a .22 bolt down into a .177 bolt, so I can easily switch calibers back and forth, and so I don't have to buy a new breech, single shot tray, and .177 caliber bolt. However, there is a fly in the ointment, here. I just looked at the Crosman website, and the page that lists all of their manuals and parts list does not have a parts list for the P-rod. It also says, "Parts not available through Crosman" in the far right column of the table. Am I just looking in the wrong place? If not, can I use the bolt from a Marauder rifle? Can I get a bolt somewhere else? I'd rather not turn my current one down if I can avoid it, so I can just switch back and forth.
Thanks,
Chris
