Need help dreamin' up a .25 cal Disco carbine build

I want to be able to shoot the Beeman Kodiak Extra Heavy 30.7gr pellets at around 800-850 fps (or 45-50fpe).

I also want a fully shrouded barrel to tame the noise it's gonna make. Doesn't have to be silent...just want as much shroud as possible. I'm thinking a 14-16" barrel plus 4-6" of baffle space for a 18-22" total length barrel.

I also want to put on a custom skeletonized thumbhole stock (Corcoran perhaps).

I don't really care about shot count. 8-10 would be nice, but I got tanks and am willing to use 'em.


What else should I consider?

And where can I go to get such a dream fulfilled?
