Just to confirm sroux and Gari's comments are correct.
We just migrated from Planning 4.01 (which included EB v7.1.3) to Planning 11.1.1.1 which comes included with the limited use EB (v9.5). However we were able to convert the older EB server licences to about 17 EB standalone licenses which includes all the EB options except for the Visual Explorer which requires seperate license fees.
