Essbase 11.1.1.3 configuration issue

Hi All,
installed and configured 11.1.1.3 on win 2k adv server, configured shared services,workspace succesfully. From the EAS console when i try to add the essbase server and expander the server i get the following error message,

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Hyperion\products\Essbase\eas\server\bin\jmaxl.dll: The specified procedure could not be found

jmaxl.dll was not found, could any one help me out with. thanks for your time
