shared services issue- urgent

I am getting the following error when i log into planning

Failed to sync with user provisioning. Check Planning log for details

i have checked the log in:Hyperion\deployments\Tomcat5\HyperionPlanning\temp\SharedServices_Security_Client.log

The above mentioned logged seems to be corrupted.

Please help
