Response to Negative Values at right position
Rule 1 - reject if contains "-".
Rule 2 - Create using join on data column. Select on the new column if contains "-". Then, in data column, replace "-" with blank. Load data using "subtract from existing".

Beware of issues with rerunability - will need to clear first.
