Response to Re: System W heritage

So I have an internal memo (forwarded to me from Edward Roske) that they held a contest for naming the new product. The winner was "Number Buddy" IT didn't test well so Mike Florio came up with the name eSSbase it stood for Spreadsheet database. The memo says the e is there to help people pronounce it correctly. The original spelling was as above but seemed to get changed along the way. Tom Tortolani said the spelling was changed in 3.0 to make it easier.
