We used a product called SRM in our VMWare environment, I'm not a VM techie, but we didn't have to do a damn thing in our Hyperion environment for DR - the big gotcha is that we didn't reference any IP addresses anywhere in Hyperion, everything was the server alias. When you fire up the DR VM's you'll get a new IP address, that's why. There was maybe 15 minutes of down time while the network caught up with the IP’s and aliases.
