Response to Hyperion Planning 3.5

I remember this happening with some regularity in 3.5 -- I got into the habit of never doing a delete and a move or add without first doing a refresh. Shiver. I went right from 3.5.5 to 9.2 (not exactly the least bug free version of Planning) and that was a huge improvement -- at least that particular error didn't show up. FWIW, it's compeltely gone in 11.1.2.x.

Anyway, what you've outlined should do it. You might want to check the xacts table and figure out what members are there (I can't remember if it had names or just object ids) and then use that to identify the names that need to be manually reconciled.

Good luck -- this was really painful and I don't miss it at all.
