Restructure is as fast as export, clear, load, calc

Or even full export, clear, and load.

It's really weird (or at least nonintuitive) as the restructure is single threaded and the export/import can be set to work in parallel.

At least that's been my observation -- I haven't tested it out yet on many databases but for three of them at least, it is a complete wash (and this includes an export and then a restructure). I'd be interested to hear if others have seen differently.
