BSO Deployment in EPMA

Hi,

I'm using 11.1.2.1. Trying to deploy BSO from the newly created BSO application in EPMA. It validates ok, but when I hit "deploy", I am getting an error that says something like

error exporting EPMA XML model. Export model needs to be created first before deploying.

Does anyone know what this means?
