Cameron, can you please provide more detail in your statement "I've used a technique with a separate CC Essbase app/db that just contains rates. The cc code then XREFs to that very, very, very small Essbase db and gets the rate. It works really, really quickly. *Much* more quickly than the Planning-derived cc."
