We saw the same error message. Sent in an SR to Oracle for two months now, no solution yet. Typical Oracle's way ^_^
We have to ask all users to disable SV for Outlook to prevent this annoying error message for now. You can do this from Smart View's "Options", under section "Display", check the box beside "Disable SV in Outlook".
