I am working on different role where i need to know why my Hyperion services
was down (Ex: EAS, Planning, FR, Calc manager etc.). We make services up as it required.
Please suggest how to proceed to understand why my services was down.
some time i get clue from log files some time no clue.
I fallow this sequence -
2)Any OS patch
3) component logs
4) essbase logs
5) DB status
Please suggest and help me
