Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.1.
We have a requirement where we want to assign access permission on a department dimension, but would need to do bottom-up assignment. For example, if we have dept001 that rolls up to city001 - state01 - region001 - all_depts (each level contains several cities, states, regions, etc...) we want to assign a read/write permission for a particular user for dept001 and all of its ancestors only.
importsecurity command utility doesn't seem to support @IANCESTORS according to the doc. Is there any clever way to make this happen relatively easily without having to individually writeout permission for every level?
