Resolved data input issue

Response to No security required for administrators
I find that if I double click a cell, I can then input and save a value.
Is this something new for 11.1.2?
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Would this issue be an app layer configuration or a browser configuration?

Still don't understand why users are not showing up in the access assignment screens for forms or dim members.
