There are no obvious errors in the log. I do see the point of view is referring to year 1999 which seems suspect especially for a
I see the open interface table is begin used and looks like you are integrating with Salesforce.
Am guessing someone customized/set this process up for you/the company you work for as this is more sophisticated than a simple file load.
If your documentation/procedures do not show you how to troubleshoot further suggest you do engage that company.
You may also begin going through your before import script and/or customized import adapters if they decided to build it all within Oracle Data Integrator.
Short answer is:
1) not clear without digging into your specific interface
2) check your full point of view -- 1999 does seem suspect
3) refer to your docs
4) engage your vendor who customized the interface
Since it is a custom interface Oracle wouldn't be able to assist here from a support perspective due to lack of any errors.
