Sebastian is correct, since Oracle acquisition, there is no more a la carte licensing options. An Essbase license gets you all options including Spreadsheet toolkit (both Classic addin and Smartview).
The only thing not included, as Sebastian pointed out, is Visual Explorer, which is an OEM product from Tableau resold by Oracle/Hyperion, so it requires a separate license.
