Forgot to mention, if your customer is on an older version of Essbase, then they could have some issues as their license file might be blocking them from using certain options.
I believe when Oracle took over they published an open license file to enable all options, but not sure about that. You might need to contact your Oracle rep if you are on an older version to get an open license, which will ultimately result in a conversation about why do you upgrade to v9 or 11.
