  • Smartview Error Message with Outlook 2007

      Hi everyone,
      Happy Monday!

      Hoping someone can help with this...just installed Smartview 11.1.2.1 on a laptop that has Windows 7 and Office 2007 installled on it. When I open Outlook, I get an error message that says "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation". One other user has reported seeing the same error message.

      Has anyone seen this error message? Anyone know what it means and how to fix it?
