Error: 0: The database is not accepting a connection.

We have noticed that the above mentioned error shows up in the EAS Message window for no reason..

essbase.log shows the user is logged in, there are no errors listed in EAS logs as well..

Here is the message window from EAS..

Anyone seen this error before?

help is greatly appreciated..

I am currently facing this problem right now i know this post is reaally old did you ever resolved this issue?.
