Unable to open data form

In Hyperion Planning I am unable to open data form.

I am getting the following error.

"Planning is Unable to obtain a connection to Hyperion Essbase. If this problem persists, please contact your administrator"

Web Logic

You are running on the trial version of Web Logic and all the 5 ports available in the trial version are in use. Either:

-bounce Planning
-or-
-buy a full licence of Web Logic Express (last time I looked - pre-Oracle buy) it was around $800.

I guess I am not using "Weblogic" at all. I am using "Tomcat".
