Is anyone else having trouble bringing OTN up after signing in?

I've been unable to post for the past three days due to this message after signing in:

"The website you are attempting to access is currently experiencing network connectivity errors. The problem is being worked on and will be resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience."

I'm hoping I'm just doing something wrong like using the wrong browser (Chrome) or sending out some sort of unwanted Microsoft vibe...

This is what I do:
1) Clear the caches, cookies, etc. This is easy on FireFox -- I think even IE now has a feature like that. Sorry if you liked your cookies but you didn't really want Big Brother tracking you anyway, right?
2) Go to your favorite OTN page. Click on the Sign In/Register link. Go ahead a log in. Sometimes it fails and I have to clear the cache and cookies yet again.

That's it -- I've been doing the above for weeks and can post -- I just opined on a post (I can hardly say I answered the question) just a few minutes ago.

P.S. I hate typing in my username and password on OTN, especially as I habitually clear cookies, cache, history all the time (tinfoil hat cocked at a jaunty angle at all times). I use this approach to make FF put in the login information:
