I am admin in Company,Here My issue is, There are some people in Support Team locking the objects every day(Outline, Calc scripts etc), After Office hours, some business users( They do have APP Manager Access) are trying open Outline or Run calc script, But It's already locked by support team. Then, Business people are really fluctuating.
To avoid this, I would like to automate the script which i want to unlock all the object those are only locked by Support Team NOT by users.
Could some one please help me how to do this. I appreciated if you could response asap.

Basically: Use your favorite command line interface to list the locks, then parse the output and write (and run) a script that unlocks the objects that meet your criteria.
But, why not work to prevent the locks in the first place? Should support really be opening these objects? If so, shouldn't they be unlocking them, and if not, isn't that a job performance issue?

I don't know how you'd differentiate between object locks by Support Team and objects by the users, though. It might just be a matter of telling your support team to not lock objects!
