FDMEE and cannot delete Target appJune 13 2017 at 3:22 PM

Trying to delete a Target app in FDMEE. Followed all the steps as provided by the Oracle Documentation, but no luck.
I can mark it for deletion on the Target Application screen, but if I hit SAVE, it unmarks it for deletion. Is there another step I am missing. When I look at the Oracle documentation, it seems fairly straight forward, but it mentions "...and the process runs successfully ....". I am not sure what that means and makes me wonder if I am missing a step.

Anyone faced similar issues before.

Have you tried to have the FDMEE service(s) restarted in this environment after?
