Yesterday we attended the early fall shoot at Ron Bradford's place.
It was a great success and everyone had a really good time.
Here are a few pics of the event.

Here's Ron and David Enoch watching Steve Corcoran take a shot out
to back wall, which was just under 60yards.

Here's a bad pic of the range.... kids had my camera set to ASA100.... a bit slow for the poor
light.
The targets ranged from 20 to 60yds. The layout was great and almost all targets were visible
to the entire shooting line.

I don't recall the gentleman on David's right in this next pic, but he was picking off spinners
out to the back fence with open sights all day long.... I wish I could just see that far without
a scope.

Steve's latest Marauder stock, what a beautiful piece of wood....

The day ended with a bond fire and, for me, couple of cold beers.

The day was fantastic, thanks to Ron for hosting, providing and setting up almost everything
for the day and to David for providing a ton of targets and spinners. There were so many that
we had to run them out to the range on a trailer wink.gif
Also a huge thanks to everyone who showed up, you all helped perfect the day.

It would be nice to have that kind of range in the backyard.

Hi Bill!! thanks for owning up wink.gif
It was great to watch you guys shooting. I think every one had a really good time.
I also think we should have a "practice" shoot at Steve's place in Gainesville.... you know
before the main event that he is planning, that way you don't have to drive quite so far?
