many thanks i couldn't make up my mind on what finish to use but the finish you have there is just perfect. i wonder what it will look like on my oak stock i know you will say oak? But it's all i had at the time what did you use on your stock's it doesn't look like the standard beech/walnut?

I must say that of the three, I prefer the darker stock on the right with the light colored grip "cap" (I don't know the technical name of what that would be). You have done a fantastic job, those are truly beautiful pieces of art and craftsmanship.
