Sometimes it is hard to understand autism or how an individual with autism feels. As parents, educators, and professionals we seek to understand their feelings as we aid them in their journey through life. On January 25th, Dr. Shore will be discussing his life as an individual on the spectrum, giving insight from early childhood through his adult years. On the 26th, he will be sharing practical solutions for every day life, focusing mainly on the adult years and important transitions, such as education, employment and sexuality. The conference will be held at the Heartspring Conference Center in Wichita, KS on January 25th and 26th, 2008. The conference will begin at 8:00am CST each day, ending at 3:30pm CST. The cost of attendance is $129 for both days. The conference will also be available live and on-demand via Heartspring.tv.
