Is this a closed project ? Have you thought about setting up a public repository at sourceforge.net or code.google.com ? Such a place would make it very easy for people to watch (on a daily basis) how the project is progressing, and would also make it easier for those who would like to contribute to do so, if you are interested in outside help. Just some thoughts.
