QB 7.1 has a BYVAL statement, maybe QB64 could use that

FUNCTION FOO (BYVAL BAR) would always cause an error in QBASIC. Therefore, not prefixing an underscore would not cause QB 1.1 / QB 4.5 compatibility problems.
