Full screen is a box as with all other text base applications. If windowed, it can work also like all other applications and show a graphic mouse pointer.

Sinc you're using SDL however, it might not be a bad idea to offer the option of both. What about when the regular non SDL text mode SCREEN 0 exists? I think that too could follow the same path text mode cursor in text mode and graphic pointer in windowed programs.
