but i believe your method of dragging it onto your post will still work, only you need to host the image online and then drag it into place from one browser window to another.

photobucket is a nice service, but imageshack lets you post images without signing up. i suppose that in theory, photobucket will host images more reliably than imageshack, but they're both good options.
