qb64 programs run in wine again

compile.exe still needs to call gpp, when qbguy and i have the source for qb64, we might well be able to modify the shell calls to get it to compile windows binaries from linux. presumably if we installed the native linux gpp compiler, we could compile linux binaries in linux as well (though i'm hoping the linux version is included with qb64lin, like it is with qb64win. it makes it easier for noobs. gurus can always use their own install of gpp.)
