I mean I didn't want to go all menintights on you for the IDE project but as you can see, there are fewer newbies interested in QB than ever before around here. If you can get the compiler finished this year, I think you will get plenty of former QB programmers to give it a go and new programmers looking for something lighter than C and better than Pythin or Noobie Roobie will probably migrate over to QB64 once the word gets around. I think users of a finished compiler will be happy, even excited to wait for the IDE and other goodies. I know I will. Pete |
