Another problem running the JPEG encoder...

I've fixed the VARSEG/VARPTR of UDT issue already, now it's just the following line (used in a few places) giving QB64 some grief:

jpeg_block_huffman O(), State.CrDC, Huff(), 1, State

I'll need a day or so more to investigate this further, it's most likely due to an oversight in the compiler and once the problem has been identified I'm reasonably confident it will be a simple problem to fix as well.
