You don't need to hide-draw-show the mouse cursor in QB64by Galleon (no login)
In DOS, the screen is "the screen". There are no layers. So the mouse graphic interferes with your program.
Windows is different. The mouse cursor in Windows is on a totally separate layer, which it handles for you.
