The functions Galleon mentioned are 256 shades, not 64 shades.
If you are used to 0 to 63 (64 hues) then you are in for a big suprise!
Windows colors can be 255 hues of each RGB setting!
So it is possible to use them in QB64! In QB you must divide the value by 4 to get the "old" range of colors.
