This is what I came up with. What do you think?
I'm not entirely sure I like it but I think it's an improvement. At least it fixes most of the issues raised. Of course I had to go and do things the "right way", which means moving stuff out of HTML and into CSS. I know it won't work in IE6 due to transparent PNGs (which the original site uses anyhow), but I don't have IE6 installed so I haven't checked how bad it looks. Galleon is free to use it if he likes. |
