Thanks, Clippy -- but I do have that in CALL ABSOLUTE...by (Login qb432l)R I have both a LocateMOUSE sub program and a FieldMOUSE sub program (establishes a field of movement). Check out QBasics.BAS which was in QBG zip if you want to look at the routines I've been using (or any of my old programs, for that matter). I don't need them in GFX256, though.
I should have mentioned that it was my intention to switch to CALL INTERRUPT rather than ABSOLUTE, but the prospect of diving into a lot of old code and having to familiarize myself with a new way of implementing a mouse was way too daunting. Maybe I'll use it in my next program which I write from scratch. Actually, I'm curious to see if any of these problems show up with INTERRUPT. Thanks, again, for your help. -Bob |
