>I think that would mean that it would not allow QB64 code to be mixed with GPLed code, though. right. as far as releasing the source code, source forge is a website designed for managing open source projects. it has version tracking and things like that. when the source gets released, I imagine someone will probably use some of the code to make a DOS QBASIC compiler. regards, michael
