"Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints" (Jude 3).

Email notice of Microsoft update

I just received what I assume is a virus for Windows XP being transmitted by "social engineering". It's titled "Important update from Microsoft Windows XP/2003 Professional Service Pack 2 (KB946026)", and is an amateurishly-written notice of a "critical security update" issued by Microsoft to be downloaded from "hadco.net".

Me, I thought it was rather odd that I received this notice since I haven't used Windows in over 7 years now, and never used XP. So I refrained from installing the update ^_^.

If you receive this same notification, you might want to check with MS before installing it .

In faith, Dave
